General

These terms and conditions apply to the 'Sziget 2023' competition developed and implemented by TicketSwap International B.V. located at Rokin 75, 1012 KL in Amsterdam. The promotion is carried out on behalf of Sziget Cultural Management Private Company Limited by Shares (Sziget Kulturális Menedzser Iroda Zrt.), with its registered seat at 23796/58, H-1033 Budapest, Hungary, hereinafter referred to as Sziget. 

Participation

Participation is open to anyone with a verified TicketSwap user account, who has an admission ticket for Sziget Festival 2023, with the exception of those persons referred to below. Participation is excluded for employees of both TicketSwap and Sziget, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this promotion in an organizational sense. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. There is no maximum age for participation. Participants can enter the competition by  scanning the QR code, and set an alert on the dedicated event page for the day they would like to win an upgrade. Each TicketSwap user can join the competition only once per day, regardless of whether they own multiple tickets. Participation in the competition is free, however the winners will have to pay a 5€ deposit in order to claim their prize. The deposit will be returned within 15-20 days following the event. By activating a ticket alert on the dedicated competition event page, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. 

Promotion period

This campaign runs from August 10, 2023 to August 15, 2023. The campaign will be hosted exclusively via QR codes on site on the 600 Festipay screens of the festival and at the TicketSwap Colosseum. 

Prize and winners

With this campaign, participants who activate ticket alerts on the dedicated event page have a chance to win a pair of Premium VIP day tickets (2 for each day). These tickets include: 

• Access to the Mainstage VIP on the level of the Skyboxes 

• All inclusive catering service that includes the whole food and drink consumption 

• A dedicated bar 

• Bottle and table service possibilities 

• Wonderful view to the Mainstage, with maximum capacity 80/day.

The raffle will take place every day from Friday to Tuesday at 2pm CET. Winners will receive their tickets directly in their basket and will have to pay the €5 deposit to claim their prize. In total, there will be 6 winners, who will receive two Premium VIP day tickets for Sziget 2023. Winners will be able to collect their VIP access at the VIP desk at the entrance to the festival.

Personal data

When participating, the participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the promotion. The personal data will be used to implement the promotion and the distribution of the prizes. The personal data of individual participants is not shared with third parties other than those mentioned in the privacy policy, such as, but not limited to, Sziget. The participant's details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policies of TicketSwap and Sziget. Other

No rights can be derived from the result of this promotion. The result of the promotion is irreversible, non-transferable and will not be corresponded about. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. In cases not provided for in the terms and conditions, TicketSwap will decide. In the event of fraud or undue influence on the promotion, TicketSwap reserves the right to exclude participants, not to award prizes or to waive the right to a prize. If participation involves the use of multiple accounts by a single individual, TicketSwap has the right to exclude the participant from further participation and/or it may be decided to waive the right to the prize to be won. Liability

TicketSwap, Sziget, the assistants or third parties engaged by them cannot be held liable for damage that may arise in any way from this promotion and/or the prices made available by Sziget. TicketSwap's responsibility in this regard is limited to electing winners only. TicketSwap is not responsible or liable for defects in the prizes to be provided by Sziget. TicketSwap does not give any guarantees on the prizes to be provided by Sziget.
