Daniel Victor Snaith aka Caribou is undoubtedly one of the most recognised and respected names in the international electronic scene. A composer, musician and producer, he has been travelling the world since the release of his first album in 2000 to ever-growing audiences. Formerly also known as Manitoba or Daphni, however, it was as Caribou that he set Coachella on fire last year, along with Jamie XX and Floating Points. Over the years, Caribou has evolved as an artist. In the search for his personal sound, he experimented with anything and everything, often with overwhelming success. This is evidenced by his 10 studio albums and songs that have become timeless classics in the genre, such as ‘Odessa’ (2010) and ‘Can't Do Without You’ (2014), which time and again take audiences to higher realms. Now Caribou is back with ‘Honey’, on which the Ontario-based musician continues his sonic explorations with explosive drops and a bass line sometimes reminiscent of the energy of Fred again. .
