The summer might be just about over, but that doesn’t mean festival season is. In fact, September is one of the best months to catch your favourite music acts. From techno in a former thermal power plant to a party in the grounds of a castle, we have got you covered. Here are 15 festivals taking place this month that still have tickets available via our platform.

INOTA Festival 2023

Aug 31 – Sep 3, Inotai Hőerőmű, Várpalota, Hungary

Ever wanted to rave in a defunct thermal powerplant? You’re in luck. Just an hour from Budapest, Hungary’s newest festival is a must for techno heads. Maruwa, Ellen Allien, Daniel Avery and Paramida are among more than 100 DJs, musicians and visual artists heading to this four-day industrialist party. 

Space Safari 2023

Sep 1 – 4, Domaine De Massembre, Hastiere, Belgium

Taking place in the charming Belgian village of Hastiere, electronic music festival Space Safari is where art, technology and nature collide. With three stages, each offer a different music experience: dance through dimensions and explore the magic of mind-expanding psytrance at Supernova, immerse yourself in acid and techno rave within Nebula, and journey through electronic, disco and ambient at Zodiac. 

Rotterdam Rave Festival

Sep 2, Rotterdam Ahoy, Rotterdam, Netherlands

Taking over the biggest event space in Rotterdam, techno favourites 999999999, Cera Khin, Cynthia Spiering, Daria Kolosova, Grace Dahl and I Hate Models are sure to test the speakers of multiple indoor areas and large outdoor spaces during this heavy all-dayer.  

Into The Madness 2023

Sep 2, Seepark Zülpich, Zülpich, Germany

After a debut edition that won them a legion of fans, Germany’s self-proclaimed “biggest and sickest” outdoor hardstyle festival returns, this year with sets from Anderex, Cryex and Juliëx

ZeeZout Festival 2023

Sep 2, Tuinen Van West, Amsterdam, Netherlands

“A temporary space curated to let you fully be present,” the team behind Dutch festival ZeeZout encourage attendees to “let loose like never before” at this summer finale. Bored Lored, D. Tiffany, Dr. Rubinstein and the hilariously-named DJ Fart In The Club are among the underground tastemakers on the line-up.  

Ritmika

Sep 7 – 9, Palaexpo, Moncalieri, Italy

A three-night showcase of Italian music talent, dance-pop duo Paola & Chiara headline on Thursday while Friday is all about The Bloody Beetroots and Planet Funk. Then, the Saturday evening line-up boasts performances from Francesca Michielin, who traverses hip-hop, rock, pop and rap, as well as pop artist MOBRICI

Draaimolen Festival 2023

Sep 8 – 9, MOB Complex, Tilburg, Netherlands

Fans of back-to-back sets are in for a treat at this  “massive celebration of modern electronic music”, which this year celebrates its 10th anniversary. Blawan B2B Skrillex, Eris Drew B2B Helena Hauff, Nick León B2B DJ Python, and I. Jordan B2B SHERELLE. Need we say more? 

Dreamland Festival 2023

Sep 8 – 9, Lanzada, Italy

All roads lead to the snowy Alps for this top-level EDM weekender which will see genre heavyweights Topic, Don Diablo and MORTEN DJ on a mountain. Talk about a dream location.  

Voodoo Village

Sep 9-10, Kasteel Van Humbeek, Grimbergen, Belgium

Set in the woods of a Belgian castle and boasting DJ sets from Moodymann, Desiree and Farrago, “unforgettable experiences await all who enter”.  Meanwhile, The Oracle stage hosts a series of well-being workshops and the Voodoo Market will offer “unique objects, fabrics, and artisanal crafts”. 

Decibel Open Air 2023

Sep 9 – 10, Decibel Area, Sesto Fiorentino, Italy

One of Europe’s biggest dance parties, Decibel has been bringing the titans of the techno and electronic music world to the picturesque Italian city of Florence for several years now. Moderat, Boris Brejcha and TRYM are some of those set to perform for thousands of ravers.

Dream Village 2023

Sep 9 – 10, Bavel, Netherlands

The Dutch sure know what it takes to throw a great party, and this festival is just one example of that. With a different theme for each day, Saturday’s ‘Dark Visions’ is “the place to go hard and raw”, while Sunday’s ‘Sweet Dreams’ is “the place to close your festival summer” thanks to sets from David Guetta, Afrojack and Lucas & Steve. 

Into the Woods Festival 2023

Sep 15 – 16, Openlucht Theater, Amersfoort Amersfoort, Netherlands

This two-day outdoor festival returns to the Amersfoort open-air amphitheatre, this year with sets from Effy, LB aka LABAT and X CLUB. 

10th anniversary Rheingrün Open Air

Sep 16, Rheinstrandbad Rappenwört, Karlsruhe, Germany

With two stages dedicated to the toughest techno around, this day-long open-air festival welcomes two of the scene’s leading parties to lead their own takeovers. Teletech host Blk, Charlie Sparks, Shlømo and Nico Moreno, while Voxnox welcome Raven and AZYR

Doel Festival 2023

Sep 16, Oostlangeweg 11-13, Beveren, Belgium

Tough techno in a dystopian village frozen in time is what’s on offer at Belgian festival Doel, which is returning for its second edition. With dozens of the finest names in the game on the line-up - including DVS1, Juliana Huxtable & JASSS - this one-day festival is a must for ravers who like their DJ sets hard and fast. 

RIMBU OUTDOOR: Tempestuous Tides

Sep 16, Flanders Expo, Ghent, Belgium

Release your inner spirit animal at this day-long outdoor party, which takes place at a convention center in Ghent. Teased by organisers as “a never-ending serotonin trip”, Brecc, Tham, Caravel and Twan are all set to bring the vibes.
